Yeah, but unless I'm mistaken, the point of the joke was to poke fun at how people were upset at the t-shirt winner having already used the design. My point is that even though it's obviously unrealistic to expect a move name to have never been used before, a t-shirt design is a lot more specific, and expecting new t-shirt designs is very realistic. (especially when that's what the rules called for)
Actually, my joke was about it happening again, ruining the fun for everyone again. Also poking fun at the people that do copyright traps like the guy that copyrighted the word "edge" in video games. Thankfully, that was resolved in 2012.

I was talking about Unknown Seer's joke, not yours?

I just hate that it cost everyone else the competition. They could have checked the legitimacy of the other contestants without it punishing everyone involved, but like I said before they should have done this when choosing the winners to begin with.

Remember that gen 7 showed that new forms could be added in continuation games. Interesting maybe armors and new megas are a thing but they keep it a secret and modify them with what they catch up on forums? Hope that armors add type and allow a pokemon have its own ability and the armors ability. Imagine armored mewtwo with its own ability and lets say disquise and psychic/steel typing. Other armors can have mirror coat and other things.

E3's coming up (and incidentally I won't be there but my dad will). What do you think we'll get there.

The pessimistic side of me thinks we aren’t going to get any news about SwSh at E3. In fact, that same part of me thinks we won’t get anything until three months prior to release.

Having Armored Mewtwo and an unrelated armor mechanic introduced in the same year would cause confusion and we already have confirmation that Armored Mewtwo isn't part of a new mechanic, so armor forms are very much dead for this generation.

Not to mention, the armored evo "leak" mentioned Mewtwo as an example, just to further dig its grave

Why have people not tossed "armor evolution" into the same trash pile that "Pokémon-trainer fusion" went in? Armored Mewtwo is just a movie-exclusive design created to drum up interest in this remake because they can't do anything else new for it (since it's a legit remake, the script is the same, all they can change are visuals).

On the topic of news, I think it's still probable to get a (box legends) news drop in the next two weeks. That way, it's before E3 and isn't drowned out by other gaming news. Then, other stuff can be revealed/shown off during the treehouse sessions (which hasn't been announced, but it'd be crazy not to have them). The only way I see this game not having treehouse sessions is if they really are redoing a lot of the graphics based on industry feedback from the announcement video.

"Armor Evo" is simply a mediocre idea.

"Pokémon-trainer fusion", is much, much worse. The very idea of a trainer and their Pokémon fusing, makes me want to punch someone in the face.

It technically already happened in SM though, and that was anything but pleasant. Due to that, it's safe to say that this idea won't be revisited as some sort of new game mechanic anytime soon.

Is that even legible to anyone? There’s just something that vaguely looks like Pokemon, and all ‘No’s after it.
Does it imply no Pokemon information at E3? Because that’s simply not happening.

I really want to print a formal-looking document and take the worst photo I can and pass it off as an E3 leak

It's saying there's no trailer nor will it be in a direct, but it'll be in a treehouse.
