Any rumor that has a Pokemon evolve very late at night is automatically fake, this is why a Dawn Lycanroc never existed, because having to stay up to 6:00 AM is something that no one has time for, not children nor older fans.

This is what UM players had to do to evolve the special Rockruff.

The Director of the Company has all the information, so his tweets can still mean just as much as if he was directing SwSh.
