It is interesting though that after he tweeted that, he started doubling down on his “gen 7 might not be over” and “kanto remakes are a serious possibility” stances.

Hopefully only two-three more weeks to go, given May’s history with Pokémon reveals.

Yeah I’m starting to highly suspect that we’re not getting anything this month, and May 15th is now our best bet.

If this week isn't in the cards as seems to be the case, they might as well wait until after the USUM-related event is over. The deadline is June 11 if they want to release the games this year.
