Just going to say this, though I'm 100% sure I'm going to be ignored

The title of these games sound more like a Pokemon Mystery Dungeon game than an actual Pokemon Switch game, since imo it sounds like the titles of the Japanese WiiWare PMD games.

Also, while I'm happy with some slightly more credible leaks, the name is just dumb.

The person who leaked this on 4chan also leaked on April 1st while all the fakes were going around that it’s a yellow remake.

I think it’s certainy a possibility! Especially if you consider that maaaaaaybe old ideas for Pokémon could finally be coming to fruition. I think it’s safe to assume that there were other aspects of the original games that didn’t make the cut due to size or time, like towns and cities.

The anime always has a lot of towns and cities in the regions which don’t make appearances in game, Kanto included. It’d be interesting to see if any familiar names popped up.

Of course.

If the leaked logo is real (extremely likely), then it uses the same font as the first two generations. That wouldn't be the case for a spin-off game.

7 if there is direct compatibility with the Alola games, 7.5 if it isn't compatible with the next games either, 8 if it is, and a reboot if there are major gameplay changes (one of the sources says there aren't).

I think maybe a soft reboot. All major events will still be cannon but things like Megas, Z moves and regional variants will be retconned as if they've existed in Kanto from the beginning.
