there's two different ways to interpret this question, so i'll go ahead and answer both:
1. "there should be an official bulbagarden showdown server" - no, because there's hardly a demand for that, the server would be dead 99% of the time. if you'd like to organise battles, we have a discord server for that.
2. "there should be an showdown forum" - no for the same reasons. there just isn't that much of an appetite for showdown battling around here. as i mentioned, your best bet would be asking around in our discord, in particular the #trade-and-battle channel.
