(Extremely rare. I live in the middle of a forest so it could happen lol)

Common;
Pidgey, Starly, Taillow, Wingull, Sandshrew, Marill...
We get foxes so probably Vulpix. We often get sparrowhawks and kestrels, so possibly something on par with Skarmory.

Plus, everyotherbloodyneighbour has cats, so like spam Skitty, Meowth and Glameow.

Common:
Meowth (mostly at night),
Pidgey and starly (daytime only)
Trapinch (there's plenty of ants around melbourne)
growlithe(day), Poochyena (night) (lots of dogs around)
Taillow (daytime, most common in the early morning)
Wingull (everywhere!)
Kricketune (early evening)
UNCOMMON:
Pidgeotto and Staravia (daytime)
Pellipper
pikachu (we get the odd mouse here)
poliwag
murkrow
shinx
RARE
Persian
Luxio
Mightyena
Hitmonchan/Hitmonlee
Treecko
Bulbasaur
Very Rare
Chikorita
Honchkrow
Pidgeot/Staraptor
Tsutarja
Eevee
Glameow
and the local legendary would be Shaymin land forme or Jirachi-two very cute, docile legendary pokemon very fitting for this family friendly neighbourhood i'm in.

(assuming this is not region specific)

Well, for starters, there would be plenty of Pidgey, Mamepato, Wingull and Murkrow. Quite a few Meowth and Choroneko. The occasional Paras, Shroomish and that new Mushroom guy. Sudowoodo, the new Fighting guys, maybe some Magnemite and family. In the ocean a few miles away though, there'd be a lot more. Tentacool, Krabby, Corphish, etc. Maybe there would be a Kyogre in the ocean floor and Groudon on the shore? It would fit southern California!

Common:

Glameow, Meowth, Persian, Pidgey, whatever that new Gen V pidgeon is.

Medium:

Shinx, Magnemite, Luxio, Hoothoot.

Rare:

Riolu, Poochenya.

Legendary:

None. My town is boring. I would go to Harlow Carr Gardens and catch a Shaymin. It would be a Legendary there.

I live in a big town without close rivers....so i think i'd find lots of mamepatos and some yabukuron too......one dasutodasu or two to eat some people :1
