Old Fansite With Team Rocket Trio Info

So, this is a tall order, but I want to exhaust all my options. There was a freehosting website back in the late 90s-early 2000s called "Encyclopedia Pokemonica", and on their FAQ page, they list a bunch of facts regarding the creation of Team Rocket's Jessie, James and Meowth. Some of it seems legit, but a lot of it can't be verified easily. I want to know, is there anyone out there who knows of this site, and can speak about its validity? I believe it was used on Dogasu's blog in the distant past, but it's eating away at me - I need some kind of lead to go on.

I remember reading that site in the early 2010s, I don't recall anything being written there having been proven false. Quite the contrary, a lot of that stuff ended up being mentioned in more detail much later by people like Dogasu or Dr. Lava. I personally consider it trustworthy, but I don't know if anyone with more reputation has actually validated it.
