Omega Ruby, Alpha Sapphire Happy Meals to be available in US, Canada: Includes toys, cards

From Nov. 27 to Dec. 23, Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire Happy Meals will be available at McDonald's restaurants across the United States and Canada. Each Happy Meal will include a Pokémon TCG card and toy.

Well Lugia is in AS. But I think they're promoting the movie rather than the games (or the two promote each other). I'm wondering why Wobbuffet is there and not Mega Latias or Hoopa unbound.
