Lets say Dragapult is the 3 fastest pokemon that means it would get 888 points out of maximum 890 points for speed. (890 points is amount of all pokemon there are, a current maximum)
Pokemon with more "forms" can use the highest base form for cacls.
Dynamax doesnt count but Eternamax does. Gigantamax also as seperate forms can be compared.
