Opinions on IGN.com's Top 100 Pokemon List

When I first saw the list in this thread, I noticed that #1-#19 is missing, so I had to check it out on the website. Charzard is a very good choice for #1, lots of people think it will be Ash's powerhouse because everyone thinks it's strong.
