Well, little one, you see. They are the people who did terrible things to anyone who didn't match their stupid idea, which is why they are unworthy.
 
I'm not sure about them being easy to manipulate, after all, I have tried to stop a war from happening once, but you know humans and how they can sometimes be the dumbest creatures when it comes to their own matters.
 
Well, I wouldn't try to manipulate them, do you see the spherical objects that they carry around? Imagine being trapped inside one of those, I can sense that those can trap anyone in them regardless of size.

Chomps on the roasted Magikarp again Besides, there was some evil human who used me to power a cannon to freeze an entire city against my will. I'd rather not experience that kind of pain again.
 
Tosses away the skeletal remains of the Magikarp Have you seen Pokemon being captured by them? I believe the humans call that object a "Poke Ball"
