This was my favorite episode because it was about what the series promised, Haru helping a guest feel comfortable and fullfilling their special needs. Not that prior episodes didn't have that kind of conflicts, but they felt less focused because of minor gags and that.
Also that Ikue Ohtani scream warmed my heart a lot.
