Phoenix Academy

[Agent Gryphon]

The Phoenix Academy, an Academy for witches and wizards alike, to hone their skills and become the best. It is well known for both training wizards and witches, and Pokemon.

The Academy can be found a little off from Cinnabar Island, sharing another active volcano on the Island, where the Academy sits upon. It is said to once have been the home of the legendary Pokemon Ho-Oh, and the ancestors from Ho-Oh, known as Phoenixes. The legend goes that they ruled the Island, known as Phoenix Island over 2000 thousand years ago, after years of dying and resurrecting, they bred another type of it's species, known as the Ho-Oh, and most of the Phoenixes vanished forever. The image of an Phoenix sits upon the Academy's tallest tower, overlooking towards Johto, naked to the visible eyes, it is suggested to be staring at the Bell Tower in Johto, that Ho-Oh once sat upon. Of course this is only legend, nobody really knows if the Phoenix were real or not.

Welcome to the Phoenix Academy, where not only will you train in the ways of magic, able to defend yourself with a wand, against the Dark Wizards. But you will train with your Pokemon, their own abilities will help strengthen you and become stronger, a spell that allows you to tap into their power. Someone who can throw fireballs, can use stronger fire attacks with the fire types of the world. Someone using telekinesis with their wand, could achieve greater psychic powers with psychic Pokemon.


Houses:

You will be sorted in four houses, each one specific to your own needs.
Fireheart- For the brave, courageous and people who have the fiery passion of a Phoenix.

Waterlords- Those who have an calm and soothing nature, who help and heal those in need. They aren't nessacary fighters, but known as the healing tears of a Phoenix.

Dark Knights- Those who have a darker nature, yet aren't the evil wizards. Who will do whatever it takes, to fight back.

Amberfrost- Those who are cold and master the Ice type Pokemon, who don't show much emotions, but still deep down inside care about them,.

Every house gets a set of points, every point they get earns them a step closer to a special reward at the end, the house with the most points win. However breaking the rules can take away points.

School Rules:

No spells or magic against other students or staff members.
Curfew is at Midnight, no one is to leave their dorms afterwards. Dark creatures lurk after midnight until the break of dawn.
Pokemon Battles are permitted, but only in the Battle Arena, it's where you can also duel magic against each other.

Name: Severus Young

Age: 50

Appearance: Severus, unlike his wife looks about the age he is, only a few years younger. He is about 5'8 tall and has a fit body, although he often wears a robe so nobody would really notice. His skintone is tanned and fits with his green emerald eyes, his hair is mostly black but has a few grey hair, making him look distinguished and known as ruggedly handsome.

Personality: Severus mostly holds in his emotions, making him look strict and stern, however he does have a warm side that he only rarely ever shows. Severus is a master in magic and knows how to use it wisely, but when it comes to battling he isn't as good as Annabelle.

History: Severus was born in Kanto, to his parents Hector and Juliana Young, Juliana is the decesdant of the founding Academy relatives, her ancestors who over a thousand years ago, known as Juan and Lenore Benson, created the Academy in the memory of the legends known as Phoenix, and towards the Ho-Oh, Lenore is said to have once captured the legendary Phoenix known as Ho-Oh, but it has never been proven. It was handed down to Juliana, who married a wizard known as Hector. The two ran the school after Juliana's parents passed away, and did so until Juliana and Hector were murdered.

Severus became the headmaster, after he met Annabelle. He was always a master wizard, but never really trained his Pokemon much, only had first stage Pokemon, but Annabelle trained them herself and helped him, and Severus taught her more to know about the magic. Not long after they got married, they had a daughter named Dawn Young, another witch in the making.

Name: Annabelle Young

Age: 45

Gender: Female

Sexuality: Straight

Appearance: Annabelle looks about 30 rather then forty, some say she has used a spell to keep herself from looking younger. She has long black raven hair, blue eyes and pale skin, she stands about 5'7 tall and about average weight. Often she wears a black robe or a red robe, depending on how she feels.

Personality: Annabelle is usually known as a kind but strict teacher, she doesn't mess around with magic, even if she's a Pokemon Battle teacher, she is known as both a great wizard and a Pokemon Champion from twenty years ago. She is a fierce battler and can be stubborn. Annabelle also refers herself as a wizard, and gets mildly pissed off if you refer her as a witch.

History: Annabelle was born in a remote town to her parents Renee and Trevor who were also great witch and wizard combo, they both taught Annabelle everything she needed to know, including a Look young spell. It wasn't until Annabelle was 18 that her parents were killed by a Dark Wizard, unknown who it was she was left alone to fight. However she was completely alone, as when she was 10 she started her Pokemon Journey.

Charmander was her starter, but Dusknoir, who was later caught became her powerhouse. By the time she was 18 and her parents were killed, she already had a full team, and battled the Hoenn region, so she spent her life trying to find the person who did this, but never could. So instead at 22, she challenged the Hoenn Champion at the time to a match, and won. She became the Pokemon Champion, and where she met Severus Young, who's parents were the founders of the Phoenix Academy, but killed shortly after the two met.

With Annabelle as the Pokemon Champion, and Severus as the Headmaster, the two had hit off and fell in love, it wasn't long before they got married and Annabelle retired as a Champion, and became the Pokemon Battle Master teacher at the Academy. Annabelle and Severus also had a daughter named Dawn Young, who is attending the Academy as well.

Appearance: Dawn is about 5'6 tall and has a thin body frame, she has a little meat on and is known as a rather hot girl. She has long blonde hair, as Severus was born as a blonde, blue sparkling eyes and pale skin, she has a cute nose with freckles across it. Despite what her parents tell her, she wears revealing clothes, including a cut open black robe, short pants and a black shirt that reveals her belly, she's got long legs and taller then most girls her age.

Personality: Dawn is a quirky girl who loves to flirt, she claims she has had sex before, but mostly keeps it a secret that she hasn't, she acts all tough and snobby, but deep down inside she does care. She won't show her emotions to even her parents, and resent the fact they both work at the Academy, she often gets into trouble and often or not, leads other students into trouble as well.

History: Dawn was literally born inside the Academy, by a doctor as she could not get to a hospital. Ever since she lived in the Academy and it has been her own home, she learned spells and Pokemon training long before others have, she's watched many students come and go as well.

Dawn eventually learned to do ice spells, and started loving them, she will use them often. Her parents gave her an Eevee to start off with, as a sort of familiar Pokemon, so she evolved him into Glaceon. Deino was also given to her, and she caught Zorua on the very Island. Litwick was caught on a family vacation to Castelia City, in the Unova region. Dawn never went on a Pokemon Journey, but she did train her Pokemon, mostly Glaceon a lot.

Pokemon: Glaceon (She was given an Eevee, she trained it into Glaceon for her Ice spells), Deino (Bred from Severus's Hydreigon), Litwick, Zorua

Appearance: Taylor looks remarkably like her brother, and there fore a guy. However, not all of it is natural. She makes herself appear as flat chested as possible, as well as guy-like. She stands at 5ft7, and has an athletic building making her look like a leaner guy. Even though she makes herself look flat-chested she still has very little curves naturally, and is in shape, with toned muscles and a flat stomach. Her dark brown hair is curly and cut short, giving her a 'jew-fro', and she has a thin braid just behind her left ear with beads on the end along with a bird feather. She has a light olive skin tone, along with slight chocolate brown Asian-like eyes. She has a impish facial structure. Taylor's clothes choice is always modest, and rarely, if ever, is it girly.

Personality: Taylor really doesn't mind that she gets confused with Tyler all the time, in fact she finds it humorous. Taylor isn't very talkative, and she's a bit blunt. She hates small talk but loves deep conversation. She's very mischievous, and likes to cause good fun with her brother. She's very sensible and isn't much of a romantic. She gets straight to the point and uses facts and logic to back up her opinion. She's funny without trying and doesn't like laughing at her own jokes. Taylor's very intelligent and smart and can quickly come up with a solution to a problem. Although she doesn't say flat out that she's a girl, she doesn't correct people when they call her a he.

History: Taylor and Tyler are the youngest two out of five, with that next youngest 6 years older than them. When she was younge,r before the two start looking different, Taylor and Tyler were confused with one another very often, mainly because when their mother dressed them the same. For some reason this never bothered her. It, however, did start to bother her when people could start to tell them apart because of gender differences, so to retaliate she began to make herself look as much like a guy as possible. When she was ten she was allowed to start her own journey as a pokemon trainer, and tried to set off on her own but quickly joined up with her brother again. The two always had different taste in pokemon so they always caught conflicting pokemon types, but they always battled together, making them hard to beat through sheer power, though they could be out smarted, and out experienced by older trainers. The two earned all of the badges of the Kanto region where they were born, badges. At age 14 it was brought to their attention that they had magical abilities, something their siblings did not have and only their mother had. They started attending Phoenix Academy soon afterwards.

Appearance: Tyler looks, surprisingly, a lot like his sister, and it is, for the most part, is natural on his part. He's taller then his sister standing at 5ft8, and he has a lean build for a guy, but has a stockier build then his sister. He's very clean shaven. He's well toned, and is more muscularly defined then his sister. His hair is a shade darker then his sister's and is a bit shorter in length. Like his sister behind his left ear he has a thin braid that goes to his shoulder and has beads and a feather at the end of it. He has a light olive skin down and brown eyes that are a shade lighter then his sister's, but have a slight Asian look to them as well. While his face is impish like his sister's but it's slightly more rugged.

Personality: Tyler's a bit more talkative then his sister, but not by much. He, like his sister, finds it funny when people confuse him and Taylor. Name: Kaori Revoluto
Age: 16
Gender: male
Sexuality: bi
Appearance: Kaori has waist length, pitch black hair that is somehow always spiky like a dog raising it's hackles. He switches between wearing it in a low ponytail and freely. He is about six foot in height with a well balanced build. His eyes are a bright vibrant red, and his canines are sharper than normal. He wears black combat boots, that have black jeans going into them. He likes to wear a black leather jacket over a black t-shirt. This is only one outfit though. If the mood is right he'll wear black shoes made for moving well, black slack like pants, and a white button up.

Personality: Kaori's personality can be described as many. He is kind and caring to others and a gentleman to woman. He is respectful and does what told. He likes to help in any way he can, when he's in the mood. Other times he's a little sadistic, and what others would describe as crazy, being he can switch between the two personalities in an instant. Despite this he is intelligent, and a playboy so to speak. He is very flirtatious when he wants to be. He is defensive about letting others in, and often closes his true feelings off to others. He isn't afraid of anything and can be very cocky at times.

Histroy: Kaori grew up with his father Axel, a business man of sorts. He was born from his father having an affair with his mother, and was given up to his father by her. Despite this he still kept in contact with mother through letters. They often told each other of their lives, and Kaori was able to learn much about the younger sister he had. His father often taught him about business and how to act growing up. When he was 13 he met a girl who was 16 named Serina. The two fell in love with each other quickly. This helped when Kaori's mother died when he was 13, and he was unable to attend the funeral due to her husband. At 14 Serina died in an accident breaking Kaori. Afterwards he closed himself off from others and picked up his flirtatious habits. The two deaths of two of the people he loved most dearly caused most of his pain. His father was arrested when he turned 15 for "illegal activities" despite doing nothing wrong. While Kaori's personality was usually his kind and caring one, he still had the problem of the other, though it was rare for it to show growing up. After the incidents of what happened growing up, his sadistic like personality started showing more, and the only real indication of it was his choice in clothing for the day. He chose to go to the academy as that was what his father wished for him.

Pokemon: Mightyena (Blitzkrieg)-male-Kaori's first pokemon given to him at 10 by his father as a present, raised from a poochyena, and usually out by his side.-very loyal to Kaori
Deino (Siri)-female-Kaori found her injured and nursed her back to health-she is very shy and trusts only Kaori
Gyarados (Karoshi)-male-raised from the weakest magikarp in a lake to prove a point-is actually a very sweet pokemon.
