There is still a chance but it may turn out to be just an npc since no house is seen in the map

So, surfing Pikachu is back judging from the new Pokénchi footage. Does that mean that the Yellow mini-game might come back as well? Will Eevee also get in on the action too? Or is this as a sign that Let's Go Pikachu has more content than Let's Go Eevee?

The house south of Fuchsia is still missing, so I wouldn't bet on it.

I think that Eevee will also get Water Walk as a field move, but it will learn an unrelated Water-type move for battles.
