I do noticed that 2023 is the 15th anniversary of Pokémon Platinum, this makes me wonder if they are going to release the Platinum DLC/update next year?

What content would be in this DLC to justify releasing it two years after the game?I do noticed that 2023 is the 15th anniversary of Pokémon Platinum, this makes me wonder if they are going to release the Platinum DLC/update next year?
It's been 13 years since we've had a Battle Frontier. Pokemon fans need to let the white whale go. It's not coming back.BDSP have already served their purpose. A new Stadium game is more likely than the Battle Frontier at this point.

As much as I would like for something like that to happen, as far as I am concerned the brief era of BDSP has concluded. They did what they wanted to do with it and are now reaping money left and right from sales. The only thing I can see them doing is the event for Darkrai to follow after Shaymin, but that would largely be it as far as new content outside of small QoL changes. With Legends having just released and an entire new Legends-based Generation months away, those two (particularly the latter) will most likely be the focus.
Yeah, i highly doubt it's getting DLC at this point, what with SV being released near the end of the year. Maybe it gets some more free updates like the recent Daybreak update, but i doubt they want to focus more development on big things like paid DLC.Legends feels done too.
