The previously announced event allowing all players to try out the Mythical Pokémon Hoopa will be running until March 14th at 23:59 UTC. By completing all the special missions from this event, players can receive the Hoopa Unite License to continue to use the Pokémon after the event period ends. Additionally, on special days, players will be able to play as any Pokémon already available in the game, for free. The dates for these special days have yet to be announced as of writing.
