"Because it's true." James grinned. "And really Carey, if James Dalton of all people is admitting that, then you probably know that it's a fairly good point."
"Okay then," Carey sighed. "Sorry for wasting your time, and thanks, oh and also, if you end up passing through my brother's house, can you give Shinn and Mira this." she pulled out the Switch Ball which held the new born Eevee inside. "And tell them to take good care of it."
"I don't know, right now I couldn't care less," Alex said as he sat down on the couch.
"Tch," Andrew said, as he got up, and went to the door. "Hey Cheyenne," he said, smiling.
"Hi Andrew!" she said, as she gave him a hug. She had blond hair, was skinny, and wore a blue shirt, and blue jeans. She had blue eys, and wore some diamond earrings.
"Carey... making you feel better about this was the best possible way I could have spent this time... never think that you're a waste of my time, because in reality spending time with you always brings a smile to my face." James told her, knowing the honest compliment would make her feel better. "And as, according to Ellery at least, the first guy you ever called cute back when you were nine, I'm allowed to make you smile as well." He added playfully.
"Of course you will. And you know that if you ever need something or someone to talk to, just call me and I'll come running." James told her before hugging her back. "See ya later sis." He smiled at Carey for a moment before zapping away and ending up in Kyle's apartment.
"What are you doing here?" Kyle asked James as he glanced at Andrew's girlfriend.
"You and I need to talk. And who's that?" James asked about Cheyenne.
"Andrew's girlfriend. First time I've ever seen her." Kyle replied.
"I'm glad I finally got to meet you. Andrew told me a lot about you guys," Cheyenne told Alex and Kyle.
"She went to the Halloween dance with me, but, you guys never saw her," Andrew said.
"Tell me, what did Andrew tell you about us?" Kyle asked Cheyenne. James just facepalmed in the corner.
*I really need to control that boy... he's worse than younger me... and unlike younger me he doesn't even know it...* James thought to himself as he observed Kyle.
"Kyle," Alex pushed Kyle back. "You shouldn't ask questions like that?" Alex said. "And if you're thinking what I think you're thinking you better back down."
"Hey!" Kyle was annoyed with Alex so he didn't respond to Cheyenne's answer. "It was an honest question... and don't worry I'm not thinking what you thought I was thinking... although now that you bring it up..." Kyle paused for dramatic effect before laughing. "I'm just kidding. I would never do that."
*Okay, so maybe he isn't quite as bad as I thought he was getting. I still need to sit him down for a few though.* James mused in his head.
"Yeah." James nodded. "It can wait though." He told Alex. "I'm just going to..." He walked over to the fridge and opened it. He then saw a bottle of premium tequila that he knew was Kyle's because the other two wouldn't touch the stuff. "At least you've got good taste." He told Kyle as he made himself a drink quickly.
