Kyle laughed. "James Dalton can do whatever he wants when it comes to anything." He told Andrew. "That's just part of his life. And Dustin's only five so he's got a long way to go."
Trisha walked in, Gabby and Jamie beside her. "Hey." She said, hair frizzled, clothes messy, and eyes red and puffy. "Trisha." Nuata said, holding out her arms. Trisha returned the hug. "Your uncle is working to avenge her." She said, turning the T.V. on to the Roman coliseium, where Uncle Dante and Francesco looked ready to do battle.
"I'm surprised you came to me, old friend." Franceso said, frowning. He had swords sticking out of his back, his flesh remodeled to reflect his past as a Crusader, armor made to look like bone, and he looked blind, but that was just a gimmick, and a giant shield that looked like tissue and bone almost as big as he was in one hand. He was once a normal man, now stood several feet above Uncle Dante, and a crest juts out from his left side of his head.
"Alright," Andrew sighed. "Okay, are we doen fighting now? Also, you should decide who you want to spend Valentine's Day with, while I actually hang out with my girl." He started to walk towards the door.
"I would never cross a Dalton, but, I can do whatever to the only Drake," Andrew said. "ALright, I'm gone. See ya lats." Then, he dialed Cheyenne's number. "I'm on my way, sorry, I got sidetracked."
"Just hurry, I want to spend teh day with you," she said oveer the phone before she hung up.
Francesco and Uncle Dante circled counter-clockwise. He gripped his sword and Uncle Dante twirled his scythe. The coilsium was suddenly filled with Souls, and spectators as well. They began cheering for a fight. Romans.
James appeared on the sands of the ancient battleground. "Did you really have to pick today to die?" He asked Francesco icily. "Because fighting one Dalton is stupid but fighting two is suicide."
"Your spawn, old friend?" Francesco asked, looking at Uncle Dante with contempt in his eyes. "I thought I made peace with your soul the first time I went through Violence. It appears it's not the case. Now, you'll go back into Hell where you'll stay. And this time, it's because you killed one of my beloved friends and Geneva." The fairy unfortunately tried to help Lexie but was also killed. Another reason why Uncle Dante wanted to fight his old friend.
Cheyenne was wearing a blue dress today. "I just hope he hurries," she said, waiting on her couch.
"She probably won't get anything, especially from the now egotistical Kyle. I should get her something," Andrew thought to himself. He quickly went into a shop, and got two cards, two boxes of chocolates, and one rose. He left one of the boxes and cards in front of Syou's door.
The notes said simply, 'From, a friend' and then, he ran quickly to Cheyenne's dorm. He knocked on the door. "I'm here! Sorry I'm late," he apologized.
"Its fine, at least I get to see you," She forgave him. "Where were you?" Cheyenne wondered.
"I had to deal with Kyle, and he's being egotistic, more than usual," Andrew explained.
"The vampriss." James growled before flicking the assault rifle on his back into his hands and opening fire at Francesco. He didn't expect the bullets to have an effect, but he thought that the element of surprise may make it possible.
"Not bad." James admitted. "Not that I expected any differently." He said as he flicked out his two wrist blades and drew his twin electrical katanas. "Now, let's dance Francesco. Because it's time for you to die. For good."
"Don't interfere, old friend." Francesco said, throwing a sword at Dante with surprising speed and it slammed into his scythe's middle, sending him to a wall of the coliseum, knocking him out. Taking out a sword, he posed to combat James. Hovering above the warlord, Lexie's soul appeared and mouthed to James, "Rip him apart." Before becoming mist and fading away.
Seeing Lexie's soul brought a smile to James' face. But it also made him angry. Very angry. Angry enough so his eyes started glowing red and he was surrounded by an aura of black electricity. "You chose the wrong person to piss off." James said in a voice as cold as ice. He then shot a bolt of black lightning out of each sword at Francesco.
"Cowardice. Not man enough to fight me straight up." James taunted before going to work on the crusaders using his super-human speed to methodically cut and slash his way through the mob. "I expected a real fight, not just a slaughter of your minions." James continued to taunt Francesco. "Pathetic."
The slash struck home, but James didn't appear to feel a thing. "For the personification of violence, you're rather weak." James mused out loud as he cut down the last of Francesco's minions. His chest was leaking blood from the slash, but James didn't care. "Now. For your death, I've got something special planned." He told Francesco before charging at him and attacking with precise slashes with both of his katana.
