A door on the outside thuded loudly. "Ow!" Came the familiar voice of Artemis.
Once she made the incision wide enough, she grabbed a infant and brought it out, the sound of infant crying enough to knock Carey somewhat out of her anethesic-influenced haze. "A boy." Nuata said, showing him to Carey.
*Killjoy* Ally thought. "...What I only wanted to practice some electric moves, since some guy beat me up after losing a pokespirit match last time" Ally responded as she retreated back to human form.
"It wasn't you, it was the thunderbolt you made, seriously I didn't expected that so this is suppose to be a normal reaction to a person suddenly hearing thunder.." He said to Ally.
Artemis was on the floor, clutching her head in pain, an anime welt on it. "Owwww....." She moaned out, teeth clutched.
Nuata nodded and cut the umbilical cord in both ends and placed the infant boy now dubbed Dante on a table with a cloth, a fairy coming out of nowhere and began cleaning him up. Nuata returned to Carey and pulled out a little girl, she crying as well. "A girl." She said, showing her to Carey.
Once the fairy was done cleaning up Dante and gave the footprint and the name written down, she was given Alexa after the umbilical cords are severed. Nuata reached down and grabbed then pulled out another girl.
Once they have been named, recorded, weighted, and cleaned, the eight children were brought to Carey once she was fully awake and her belly healed, with a scar of her ordeal left.
"Yes, everything did. You are now the mother of four baby boys and baby girls." Nuata said, discarding her blood-covered gloves and surgery gear, showing Carey her sleeping babies in little cribs, lined up by time of birth, from Dante the oldest to Jack the youngest.
