Pokemon and the Uncanny Valley

The uncanny valley is this thing. Basically something looks off and creepy if it is close but not too close to human.

So, this is anything related to Pokemon and the UV. What Pokemon are in the valley, how Pokemon designs are meant to stay out of the valley, ect.

A lot of people think Espurr is creepy because of it’s stare. And it appears to be in the uncanny valley. There is a doll that I will put in a spoiler, but anyways they have similar eyes. That doll is considered to be in the UV. And as I mentioned their similarities already we can assume Espurr is in the uncanny valley and found creepy online because of it.

I always thought the Machop line and Jynx were really, really creepy. Because like, they seen meant to be human-like, but are very clearly not human in any way but general shape, along with their exaggerated proportions, they're really off.
