An excellent way to introduce and weave people from other regions into the story. Maybe they can even throw Cynthia or some Sinnoh Trainers in to tease at a Gen IV remake? Wishful thinking though!

The puppet master who rules everything from the shadows. Of course, I suppose that is the whole façade Rose (and possibly Oleana) is trying to fool everyone with. Inb4 he pulls some Star Wars tropes and is actually the leader of Team Yell!
