Midorikawa's Cyndaquil surrounded itself in flames, then moved forward at maximum possible speed, going right into a powerful Flame Whell attack. It hit its shiny counterpart, uncurled, then immediatedly shoot out Smokescreen. With shiny Cyndaquil blinded, the regular one could now easily run it down with a Quick Attack.
Shiny Cyndaquil is unable to battle!
In its brave attack, Cyndaquil didn't realise it got dangerously close to shiny Squirtle. Tiny Turtle didn't hestiate to use this advantage: with a powerful Water Gun attack, it knocked the Fire Mouse on its back and extinguished its flames, then went right into Rapid Spin, digging itself into its exposed belly.
Cyndaquil is unable to battle!
