"Hopefully I won't be given grief for what happened back there..." Calvin mumbled. "Last thing i want is to have to fight someone. Of course, knowing my luck, I'll hafta."
"Let's not worry about that, though." Calvin said. "I think we can handle anyone. Let's just go somewhere." He continued walking, and made himself look distracted.
"What the Hell is wrong with you?" Daniel hissed, "Mrs. Jacobs just told me that your little bitch tried to mug her, and when she defended herself, you let the whore get-away and attacked her!"
Calvin's first instinct was to punch his teeth out. Instead, he just turned and scowled. "Okay, first off, my so-called 'bitch' has a name, which is Maya, so make sure to memorize it. Second, get your story straight. That woman came up on us while we were minding our own business and threw a slushie and rock salt at her. She should be thanking me for letting her live, but you might not get that same generosity if you don't walk away now." He heard the sound of Gardevoir teleporting in and Dragonite landing, but focused his glare on Daniel.
"So what's it gonna be? Are you going to walk away and keep living your insignificant life, or are you gonna keep pissing me off and make me have to kill you?"
Gardevoir looked at him with wide eyes. You're serious, aren't you?
"You know, it's really a shame." Calvin said, shrugging. "I had no idea that my kind was so 2-dimensional. What, just because someone's a different color, or has different features, they're not as human as us? Well, being around the world made me realize something: Maybe it's us that are the true freaks. We're too insecure with different people, and we're delusional enough to think that we are Gods among men." He paused and frowned. "I don't know why I'm telling you this, but eh. You either don't understand, or don't care."
