Pokémon GO Valentine's Day 2022 event announced

Flabébé, Floette, and Florges will be making their debuts in Pokémon GO this month alongside the Valentine's Day 2022 event, which will be running in-game from February 10, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. to February 14, 2022, at 8:00 p.m. local time. In other Valentine's Day-related news, Hisuian Voltorb has been confirmed as being eligible for the Love Cup.

Flabébé, Floette, and Florges will debut in five different colors: red, yellow, orange, blue, and white. Flabébé can evolve into Floette with 25 Flabébé Candy, while Floette can be evolved into Florges with 100 Flabébé Candy after earning 20 hearts with it as the buddy Pokémon.

Event Bonuses
The following event bonuses will be active during the Valentine's Day event:

• 2× Lure Module duration
• Buddy Pokémon will bring items more often
• 2× Catch Candy

From February 9, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. PST (GMT -8), to February 15, at 12:00 a.m. PST (GMT -8), Trainers around the world will be working together to complete a special global challenge based around sending Gifts to friends. Once Trainers have sent a total of 70 million Gifts, a 3× Transfer Candy bonus will be active for all Trainers until the end of the Valentine's Day event.

When evolving Kirlia during the event, Gallade and Gardevoir will know the Charged Attack Synchronoise. Gallade and Gardevoir encountered after raids will also know Synchronoise.

Additionally, for the duration of the Valentine's Day event, Furfrou can be changed from its Natural Form Furfrou to Heart Trim Furfrou with 25 Furfrou Candy and 10,000 Stardust.
