Pokémon Horizons: The Series - Key Art
Defying recent media speculation that the series may have been delayed until 2024, The Pokémon Company International has announced that Pokémon Horizons: The Series will make its English language debut in the UK this December on BBC iPlayer and CBBC. Listings on the BBC website suggest the first episode will go up on December 1st, as part of an initial batch of 6 episodes.

Sarah Muller - Senior head of commissioning for CBBC said:
“We know families love the world of Pokémon, and we can’t wait to bring this all-new Pokémon animated adventure to the home of children’s programming in the U.K. and just in time for the festive season!”

Pokémon Horizons: The Series features dual protagonists Liko and Roy, who join together with a group of adventurers known as the Rising Volt Tacklers and set out to travel the Pokémon world with them, visiting all the regions introduced in the core series from Kanto to Paldea. Liko also finds herself targeted by the mysterious Explorers organization, which is after her equally mysterious pendant. For the first time in Pokémon anime history, Pokémon Horizons: The Series features an all-new cast of characters and a more linear plot without many ties to previous anime series.

Peter Murphy - Senior marketing director at The Pokémon Company International said:
“We are incredibly excited to be working with prestigious partners, the BBC, to bring our latest animation ‘Pokémon Horizons: The Series’ to BBC iPlayer. This is a truly special moment for the Pokémon animated series as we introduce fans to our brand-new protagonists Liko and Roy on their adventures across the world of Pokémon. We know our U.K.-based fans have been clamouring for the series’ release since it was first revealed, and we are delighted to finally share all the official release information. I have no doubt that ‘Pokémon Horizons: The Series’ has been worth the wait, so we hope fans old and new will tune in and experience a Pokémon adventure like no other next month!”

LOL, I love see it’s out in December on BBC! CBBC is replacing with POP and it will become the new series!
