Pokémon Masters EX debuts part 1 of a new Trainer Files Event focused on the Kanto Elite Four, together with Variety Scouts featuring Lorelei

The new Trainer Files: Kanto Elite Four (Part 1) event has just launched today in Pokémon Masters EX. Launching alongside this event are Variety Scouts featuring Kanto Elite Four member Lorelei in her sync pair together with Cloyster. The event and Scouts will both be available until May 13th, at 10:59pm (PDT).

Trainer Files: Kanto Elite Four (Part 1)
In this event, players receive an opportunity to train together with the Kanto Elite Four's Lorelei and Bruno as they compete to see whose Pokémon are the sturdiest. The event is available in-game now, and will be running until May 13th, at 10:59pm (PDT). By completing battles during this event, players can earn Event Voucher H items, which can be exchanged for a variety of valuable items, including 5★ Scout Tickets and Kanto Scout Tickets, and a Support Move Candy Coin. Players can also obtain Gems for completing special missions during the event.

As usual for events of this type, players will have an increased chance of receiving bonus rewards if they take on event battles using teams that feature specific sync pairs. The more of these sync pairs that players place in their lineup, the greater the bonus received. The applicable Sync Pairs and reward rates are as follows:

• Lorelei & Cloyster, Bruno & Machamp: +60% (x1.6) bonus rewards
• All other sync pairs with the Kanto or Elite Four Theme Skills: +20% (x1.2) bonus rewards

These bonuses stack additively, so having a team consisting of Lorelei & Cloyster, Bruno & Machamp, and Red & Charizard, would grant a combined +140% (x2.4) rewards.

Lorelei Variety Scout
This Variety scout offers players to scout Lorelei in her brand new 5★ sync pair with Cloyster. The pair makes their debut with an expanded sync grid, and the ability to be raised to 6★ EX. Lorelei & Cloyster uses the same costumes as those from Lorelei's regular sync pair, and does not have their own individual sync pair story.

In addition to the regular Variety Scout, Trainers can also take advantage of a Presents! Limit 3! Lorelei Variety Scout, a special Sync Pair Scout requiring paid gems, that, as the name implies, can be used up to 3 times. Players will receive a 50% discount on their first Sync Pair Scout x11 for this special Spotlight Scout, making it 1,500 Gems rather than the usual 3,000. As an added bonus, players will also receive bonus items every time they do a Sync Pair Scout x11 for this special Spotlight Scout. The bonuses that are received are as follows.

1st Time (50% off)

2nd Time

• 5★ Master Scout Ticket Y x1

The 5★ Master Scout Ticket Y allows Trainers to use the Lorelei Guarenteed Ticket Scout, ensuring they scout the Ice-type Master from Kanto.

Both the Variety Scout and Variety Scout + Present! Limit 3! will be available until May 13th, at 10:59pm (PDT). The associated Ticket Scout will be available until May 20th, at 10:59pm (PDT).
