Another scrumptious episode of Bulbacast has been uploaded to YouTube. Watch it here. I hope you don't feel desserted after watching this one.
The forum staff have introduced a new rule set. We've reduced the number of rules, made trick language easier to understand, and have hopefully simplified the rules to make understanding them easier.
Please have a read over the new forum rules here.
So this was posted recently on Serebii: 『ポケモンマスターズ』公式サイト
a rough idea of what it says is on Serebii, but in short they apologize for the lack of content and problems in the game, and aim to focus on adding more content and stuff like that.
Honestly a completely different approach from Sword/Shield's Dex controversy, and I appreciate it.
I am still not done with the story chapters, so reading that long apology feels a little weird. This is a game that is best appreciated in short bursts rather than the Serebii playstyle of plowing through the content as quickly as possible. Am I annoyed about the grinding required for certain items? About how hard it is to get new pairs after a certain point? Yes, and I do hope they address these things. But it's a free game as far as I'm concerned, so there is only so much I can expect. Their job is to get people to spend some dough, though.
There are free games that have way more content than this game, and are able to accomodate both players who want to play for short bursts and those who want to play for long periods of time. There needs to be an actual reason for people to want to spend on this game, and I don't see why expectations shouldn't be high at all, given this game made 30 million dollars on the opening week. They have money to work with, why not fix up the game to get more players in?
