Why not? The series has a lot of villains across the series, why not include them as units similar to how Giovanni was added in?

I hope the evolutions added will make some units a bit more useable than they are now. In particular, I can't wait until I can finally evolve Cranidos into Rampardos, I'm excited to see him die even faster

We're still waiting for regular Giovanni, Archer and Ariana, who were teased last July. Maybe once we see them and Team Break's leader, it will make sense to speculate about the rest.

That's not it. I just asociate Silver with Lugia, which is why I felt that was weird. Although I gotta admit that it is mostly due to his name than anything.

I do agree that Lugia fits him better due to his angst, but opposites are known to attract.

I respectfully disagree. It's an Electric Pokémon, so it fits Elesa just well.
