Pokémon mini-game ideas

Recently, I've come to realize that aside from Stadium and Stadium 2, Pokémon hasn't really had a true mini-game collection, which is a real shame. So I decided to start a thread about the subject.

The idea of the thread is simple: suggest what kind of Pokémon-themed mini-game(s) could be made with the current selection of Pokémon, and give it a name too, if you want.

Never understood why we can't get a tennis or golf mini game.
A bowling one like in tekken would be nice as well!
