Here's one that's kinda embarrassing/geeky: Jon Heder as Bill.

The whole time I was watching Napoleon Dynamite, I couldn't get past the resemblance.
EDIT: And Melissa Joan Hart as Jessie. She's been out of work too long since Sabrina got canceled.

I thought Matthew Broderick would make a good Elm...that's all I've considered for a live action, though, so...

Somebody tell me there is no resemblence there.

John Heder would be great. I want to see him in the Kabuto costume! That's an awesome resemblance, fushi gi. Now all we need is a Professor Birch...

Melissa Joan Hart was supposed to be doing a live-action "Real Bout High School." She's pregnant now (or was, I'm not sure), so I guess they have to wait.
