What was the first Shiny Pokémon you ever caught?
A golden Magikarp in Dragon's Den in HeartGold, caught 15 December 2011.
What was the first event Pokémon you got?
Movie14 Victini.
What was the first game you played?
Black, on 18 August 2011.
What was the first Pokemon you caught?
Probably a Patrat.
What was your first starter (can't be same as above)?
Snivy.
What is your favourite game?
Emerald for its outstanding Battle Frontier, tropical island aesthetic and many options and things to do.
What is your favourite Pokémon?
Golurk.
Do you have X or Y?
Physical Y. I preferred the version exclusives (just about) although it also happened to be the only version in the shop I bought it in.
What was your first Lv. 100?
Serperior (technically not the one in the starter question, since I soft reset without saving on my first Snivy).
Am I being garrulous?
I've answered 30+ question Pokémon surveys before, so I'd say no, not nearly enough. I'm musing over possible additional Pokémon questions to ask and answer, but that may well go OT.

What was the first Shiny Pokémon you ever caught?

I've yet to even encounter one, and I've played for 10+ years. Then again, I've never really grinded for one either, so I suppose I shouldn't complain, haha.

What was the first event Pokémon you got?

Victini, during the limited time it was out for B&W. Never been one for events.

What was the first game you played?

Pokémon Gold, when I was really young. And then it just escalated from there.

What was the first Pokémon you caught?

Probably a... Rattata or sommat. If only I could remember what I had named it!

What was your first starter (can't be same as above)?

Chikorita.

What is your favorite game?

Ah, I... really can't choose between Black and Heartgold. I loved the plot and the characters in the former, and almost literally spent the next three days after I had gotten it glued to my DS. On the other hand, I had a lot of fun with HG. A lot. I'm not willing to bring nostalgia into this though.

What is your favorite Pokémon?

Floatzel! There's not much of a story behind this, I simply liked 'em as soon as I saw them.

Both. I haven't completed any of the two.

What was the first Shiny Pokemon you ever caught?
CAUGHT. Not received from trade or event or even breeding. No hacking or using glitches to your own advantage. Caught. In the wild. Pure, legit, Shiny Pokemon.
First shiny I caught was Pancham in a friend safari. If friend safari is taken out, then it's a Zoroark.

What was the first event Pokemon you got? Torchic
What was the first game you played? Red
What was the first Pokemon you caught? It's been way too long, but I'd guess something like a pidgey or caterpie

What is your favorite Pokemon? I don't think there's one I really prefer over all others

   An Oddish in Ruby and I eventually traded it for a Ditto for breeding.

   I think it was Reshiram.

   It was Pokemon Ruby.

   I don't remember. Maybe it was either a Poochyena, Zigzagoon, or a Wurmple.

   I think it was Treecko.

   Pokemon Emerald.

   I have too many, so I can't really choose.
