OOC: Metal, perhaps? Or rock? I doubt it would be wood or plastic. If a fire move was used on either of those, it would end rather poorly. Metal too, but it would still be less likely to deform. It would probably just heat up unless a really powerful fire type move was used on it, and even then, it would probably only partially melt. Maybe titanium? It's relatively light, so would be easiest to make spin, and is fairly durable as well. I'd say rock, but it's very heavy, and probably more breakable than metal. Further, while it doesn't give the advantage to electric, steel, and fire types that metal would, it makes things easier for grass, water, rock, ground, and possibly fighting types.
