Pokémon Sleep continues to give Sleep Researchers no rest from events, with a week-long event in celebration of Valentines Day set for February 12th

2024 continues to bring regular in-game events to Pokémon Sleep, with a week-long event celebrating Valentine's Day scheduled to start on February 12th, immediately following the end of the current two-week long Lapis Lakeside Opening event, and running through to Monday February 19th at 3:59am local time.

The event will allow Researchers to participate and gain bonuses regardless of where they conduct their sleep research, with the following bonuses active throughout the event period:

• Dishes will be set to Desserts/Drinks for all Researchers
• Strength gains from dishes will be multiplied by x1.5.
• Strength gains from Extra Tasty dishes will be multiplied by x3 for the first six days of the event, and by x4.5 on the event's final day on February 18th
• Researchers can encounter a few Pokémon of different sleep types regardless of their own sleep type for the day.

As part of this event, Researchers will also be able to receive a variety of special rewards, including 10 Poké Biscuits, by completing a set of special missions that will be added on top of the standard weekly missions. Starting from this event, Researchers will also be able to unlock two brand new Dessert/Drink recipes. These recipes will are a permanent addition to the game, and will remain available after the event has concluded.

Additionally, the following Pokémon will also appear more frequently during sleep research throughout the event, and will have a higher than normal chance of being Shiny:

• Greater Appearance Rate
  • Greengrass Isle: Bulbasaur, Jigglypuff, Slowpoke, Pinsir, Chikorita, Absol
  • Cyan Beach: Jigglypuff, Slowpoke, Pinsir, Chikorita
  • Taupe Hollow: Jigglypuff
  • Snowdrop Tundra: Jigglypuff, Slowpoke, Absol
  • Lapis Lakeside: Bulbasaur, Jigglypuff, Slowpoke, Chikorita

Players should also note the following for this event:

• The daily rollover for the Valentine's Day 2024 event is at 4:00am local time.
• Event bonuses for this event apply regardless of which site players conduct their sleep research in.
• Event bonuses apply only for sleep tracking that begins within the event period, and do not apply to sleep tracking during the tutorial, or to sleep data tracked before the event, even if the researcher waits to review their sleep research after the event has started.
• Sleep data tracked during the event will receive event bonuses, regardless of if the researcher waits to review their sleep research until after the event has concluded.
