Pokémon Sleep hits ten million downloads, with in-game gift to celebrate - First Good Sleep Day event starts August 30th

Pokémon Sleep has now racked up more than ten million downloads across both Android and iOS devices. In celebration, a special gift is being given out to all players who log-in to the game between August 25th at 5:00am (UTC), and September 22nd at 5:00am (UTC).

This gift includes:

• Good Camp Ticket ×1​
• Sleep Points ×1,000​
• Ingredient Ticket S ×3​
• Poké Biscuits ×5

The Good Camp Ticket gives a Good Camp Set lasting for a whole week of sleep research, providing a range of benefits including a 50% bigger cooking pot, an extra Hungry Pokémon, a 20% higher inventory for helper Pokémon, and a 20% increase in their gathering speed. Sleep points can be exchanged in the Shop for useful items like Biscuits, while Ingredient Tickets can be exchanged for Tickets needed to cook meals for Snorlax. Players will want to get a hold of these items and take advantage of them while they still can. These items can be obtained from the Gift Box icon in the Main Menu. Gifts sent to the Gift Box must be redeemed within 90 days, after which they will disappear.

From August 30th at 4:00am local time to September 1st at 3:59am local time, the first Good Sleep Day event will be held in-game. These events are planned to be held in Pokémon Sleep once every lunar month, starting the day before the full moon, and ending the day after. On the first and last days of this event, players will receive the following bonuses:

• Drowsy Power x1.5
• Pokémon Sleep EXP x2
• Bonus Sleep Points +500

These bonuses are increased on August 31st, the day of the full moon, to:

• Drowsy Power x2
• Pokémon Sleep EXP x3
• Bonus Sleep Points +1000

In addition, a Good Sleep Day Bundle will be available from August 29th at 4am (UTC), until September 3rd at 4am (UTC). While no specific announcements have been given about the contents of this bundle, the promotional image appears to suggest it will include Great Biscuits and a set of Focus, Growth, and Luck Incense. This bundle will presumably be available from the in-game shop for an as yet unknown number of diamonds.
