I was wondering the ring/bangle on the wrist of the protagonist. The inserted gemstone doesn't look exactly like the Mega Stone introduced in GenVI. Could this suggest a new kind of evolution? Or, contrary to this expectation, could it be just a Mega Stone carved in different shape?

Anyway, I can see that the Legends' types did take many by surprise. And I must admit I like the protags: simple yet stylish, with plenty of room to customize. And the Alola region sure is beautiful. And I wonder who this assistant girl is? Is she an undercover agent? A rival? The champ? All of the above? Should be interesting.
