The official Pokémon website for China has announced that the Pokémon Trading Card Game will soon be printed in Simplified Chinese for official release in Mainland China.

A press conference for the launch of the game in Mainland China will be livestreamed via the official Pokémon channel on the Chinese video sharing website Bilibili on September 28th at 8:00pm (CST). No other information about the launch has been made available at this time, however the press conference is expected to include an announcement of the first sets that will be launched in the market.

The Pokémon TCG is currently printed in English, Japanese, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Korean, Indonesian, Thai, and Traditional Chinese. The Traditional Chinese print was launched in 2019 in Hong Kong and Taiwan, beginning with cards from the Sun & Moon Era, and has since caught up to the Sword & Shield Era alongside the Japanese release.
