"Alright!" Brad exclaimed. "Let's start!!"
Beautifly rose up to the center of the field. "Use gust!!" Brad yelled. Following orders, Beautifly conjured up a powerful gust of wind that was heading right toward Toto.

The two attacks collided leaving nothing behind but the remains of ice floating in the air, sparkling from the light of the sun. "Urghhh...." Brad had never been in a battle so he wasn't sure how to counter his opponent's moves.
"Why don't we try a Poison Sting?!" Beautifly listened by sending many purple stingers toward the Totodile.

Luna had never seen a contest battle in action. She was amazed at all that went into it. They didn't have to know just normal attacks, they had to show them off in style as well. Mr. Gibles, was cheering his fellow pokemon friends on.
"Which side are you cheering for?" Luna asked curiously. He pointed to both side and kept on cheering. Luna facepalmed. "You can't cheer for both!"

Brad began to worry. Sissy seemed to become more and more angry with each order. He didn't want to lose focus on the battle though. The Totodile had already danced its way around the Poison Stings and sent another Blizzard flying to Beautifly.
"Try using silverwind!!" Brad said to his Pokemon. The Beautifly swiftly send another gust of wind. It didn't seem like a fully powered SilverWind however, as it looked like a simple gust attack only with a few added sparkles.
"Oh no!" Brad exclaimed as the sparkles faded away before it was able to reach Toto. The gust was able to hit its mark but it seemed to barely affect the Pokemon at all.

Luna was starting to worry for Brad. Toto knew what he was doing and it showed. She could only hope everything ended up well in the end.

"Alright let's get this over with!" Brad yelled. "Beautifly, use Poison Sting and Gust!" Beautifly obeyed by sending out Poison Darts while flapping his wings to increase their speed and add extra power to the entire move. "Dance around that!"
The Ancient Power and Poison Sting/Gust collided. The Ancient Power broke through the Stingers but wasn't able to stop the gust attack which directly hit the Crocodile.
"Get close and use the same combination!" Beautifly flew up closed and barraged Toto with a flurry of Poison stings powered up by a gust attack.

"Toto use your Water Gun torwards the ground!" she told her Pokemon.
Her Toto obeyed and the Water Gun blasted him to Beautifly's level.
"Now use your Ancientpower directly at it! Then land while using Dragon Dance!"

Brad didn't know how to counter this. "Wait... I don't have to counter it!" Brad yelled. "Beautifly!! Dodge it by flying around. Speed up Toto's descent by using Gust so that it crashes into the ground!!"
The beautifly did exactly as told, dodging the attacks and getting above and readying a gust attack.

The Battle started getting more interesting with each passing turn. Luna could barely contain her excitement.

Nikki watched as the pokemon appeared to be gracefully dancing in the air.
She looked as both pokemon were working their very best,Nikki then looked at Blossom,who seemed to be cheering Toto on.
"Seems like it's a tie at the moment guys! Let's see who can break it!" she yelled at the two coordinators.

"Oh no!" Brad yelled. He didn't see that coming. The Totodile gracefully skated across the ice.
"Beautifly! Let's see if you can use Morning Sun!" The Beautifly tried his hardest, eventually being able to, not only regain its strength, but also melt the field with the heat.
