That's impossible. Pumpkaboo and Phantump are both programmed to appear in the second slot for each Ghost Friend Safari.
Your Friend Safari has Lampent (first slot), Pumpkaboo (second), and Golurk (third).

You can't find it out all by yourself; you'll need to connect up with someone else so that your Safari shows up on their game, then they can tell you your Safari type and residents.
