Electric Forecast feat. Hatsune Miku (『電気予報』feat. 初音ミク )
Project VOLTAGE, the special art and music collaboration project between Pokémon and the popular Volcaloid character Hatsune Miku, will soon be releasing the second of 18 music videos, with Electric Forecast feat. Hatsune Miku (『電気予報』feat. 初音ミク ) by Vocaloid producer inabakumori (稲葉曇) set to premiere later today, Friday October 6th, at 6:30pm (JST) / 9:30am UTC / 2:30am (PDT).

inabakumori (稲葉曇), also stylized as INABAKUMORI, is a Vocaloid producer who originally debuted in 2011 under the alias MichouP (視長P), and has also been known as PUKARI or 因幡プカリ (Inaba Pukari). Though previously specialising in making songs with Kagamine Rin & Len under that old identity, since relaunching as inabakumori in February 2016 they have primarily made songs using Kaai Yuki. To date, inabakumori has only rarely released songs with Hatsune Miku, most notably ハローマリーナ (Hello Marina) in 2021, and collaborating on the MV Arrange Medley of ダンスロボットダンス (Dance Robot Dance), originally created by NayutalieN.

Partial list of Project VOLTAGE producers
Apart from the common theme of "Pokémon featuring Hatsune Miku", and the requirement that the songs sample the background music and sound effects of the Pokémon games in some way, each of the producers for the Songs and Music Videos sub-project have been given free reign to express their own creative vision. A partial list of participating Vocaloid Producers for this sub-project was released last week alongside the launch of the music video for Volt Tackle feat. Hatsune Miku, with songs from Mitchie M and Pinocchio-P (ピノキオピー) scheduled to release on October 13th and 20th respectively. The remaining songs will be released on the YouTube channels of each individual Vocaloid Producer over the coming months. While no complete schedule has yet been released as of writing, it is expected the project will continue through until at least the end of this year.

Project VOLTAGE's first sub-project, "18 Types of Hatsune Miku and Partner Pokémon Illustrations and Settings" (18タイプの初音ミク&相棒ポケモンのイラスト・設定資料) featured a set of 18 artworks from 6 separate artists based on the theme of "What if Hatsune Miku was an XX-type Pokémon Trainer". This project completed on September 28th, with the posting of the Dragon-type Hatsune Miku with her partner Pokémon Miraidon. This and the other 17 illustrations from this sub-project can be found catalogued on Bulbapedia.
