The Pokémon Inside My Heart feat. Hatsune Miku, by PinocchioP - Title card and key art
Project VOLTAGE, the special art and music collaboration project between Pokémon and the popular Volcaloid character Hatsune Miku, will soon be releasing the fourth of 18 music videos, with the music video for the song from Vocaloid producer PinocchioP (ピノキオピー) set to premiere this Friday, October 20th, at 6:30pm (JST) / 9:30am UTC / 2:30am (PDT). The song itself appears to have two separate titles, both of which appear on the title card. In Japanese, as per the official announcement post on X, the song is named 「ポケットのモンスター」(lit. "Pocket Monster"). The title attached to the video on YouTube however is the separate English name of The Pokémon Inside My Heart feat. Hatsune Miku.

Pinocchio-P (ピノキオピー) is a Vocaloid producer, illustrator, and character designer who first made his debut in 2009. His songs are best known for fast paced and thought-provoking lyrics that don't hesitate to discuss social issues. His music videos also feature the use of unique characters, all drawn by Pinocchio-P himself. In 2016, Pinocchio-P was also responsible for drawing a character for the Toyota Prius, PRIUS! IMPOSSIBLE GIRLS car anthropomorphization campaign. Pinocchio-P is primarily a Hatsune Miku specialist, with notable works including 神っぽいな (Kamippoi na - "God-ish") and すろぉもぉしょん (SLoWMoTIoN) having each racked up tens of millions of views on YouTube. Like DECO*27 and Mitchie M, his music can also be found in the Project DIVA and Project Mirai series of rhythm games. He has also produced music for KONAMI's SOUND VOLTEX BOOTH, and the remake of Trials of Mana.

Apart from the common theme of "Pokémon featuring Hatsune Miku", and the requirement that the songs sample the background music and sound effects of the Pokémon games in some way, each of the producers for the Songs and Music Videos sub-project have been given free reign to express their own creative vision. Pinocchio-P is the final Vocaloid producer announced for the project in the partial list of participating Vocaloid Producers for this sub-project was released at the end of September alongside the launch of the music video for Volt Tackle feat. Hatsune Miku. While no complete schedule has yet been released as of writing, it is expected the project will continue through until at least the end of this year, with the remaining songs being released on the YouTube channels of each individual Vocaloid Producer over the coming months.

Project VOLTAGE's first sub-project, "18 Types of Hatsunke Miku and Partner Pokémon Illustrations and Settings" (18タイプの初音ミク&相棒ポケモンのイラスト・設定資料) featured a set of 18 artworks from 6 separate artists based on the theme of "What if Hatsune Miku was an XX-type Pokémon Trainer". This sub-project completed on September 28th, with the posting of the Dragon-type Hatsune Miku with her partner Pokémon Miraidon. This and the other 17 illustrations from this sub-project can be found catalogued on Bulbapedia.
