Porygon and its evolutions will be made in a Pokémon Global Link promotion to be made available from May 18, 2011 to April 26, 2012. Porygon can be obtained with its Hidden Ability, Analytic, Porygon2 will be available as Décor, and Porygon-Z will be featured in a C-Gear skin.

Should have clarified in the headline that it was for Japan. You had my hopes up.

Not that I'm super concerned, but why didn't they just refer to the book by it's english name (this may not be completely accurate):"White Book Official Toku Maru Makoto Tooru play Pokettomonsutaburakku"?
