Porygon Worldwide Debut?

Should it happen? Yes.
Will it happen? No.
If they had known about the seizures, this wouldn't have happened. Then again, the seizure incident also helped boost Pokemon's publicity over here in the US.

It won't happen. Porygon, -2 and -Z will never come back.

I doubt it; the Porygon line was irreversibly tainted by that episode.
