Attention. This is an important message for the personnel of Site █.
On 5-16-20██, Sector 02/Research & Containment Wing B suffered an area-wide containment breach. Several SCP’s were released from their cells; the exact number is unable to discern at this time. Due to the volatile nature of the SCP’s involved with the breach, security teams under the command of Sergeant Marcus Hayward (O1-1) of MTF Omicron-1 (“Fazbear’s Scrappers”) have been mobilized to Sector 02 in order to recontain the SCP’s before any harm can be dealt to the staff assigned to that area.

Lockdown protocol has been initiated for the wing. Almost all personnel stationed within Wing B at the time of the breach are fundamentally trapped until they can be evacuated. Several staff members, however, were able to exit Wing B before lockdown was initiated. Among them was Jr. Researcher Samantha Gales, who has been escorted to questioning in order to gain further insight into the circumstances of the breach.

As a precaution, all non-essential personnel are to report to their designated saferooms and await further instructions. No one is permitted to leave their saferooms until advised to do so by the Site Administrator.

The following is an audio + video transcript of an interview with SCP-5*XX, the most recent SCP acquisitioned by Omicron-1. This entity is presumed to be behind the containment breach. An official document regarding SCP-5*XX (Special Containment Procedures, Description, etc.) has yet to be written.

[begin log]

Sr. Researcher Roger Hask is seen standing in an observation room adjacent to the interrogation room in which SCP-5*XX is currently being held . He is facing the one-way mirror, with Jr. Researchers Samantha Gales and Edmund Taft to his left and right, respectively. Commander Travis Silverburgh (O1-Cap) is standing behind the trio, speaking with two security guards and Specialist Rosalyn Warren (O1-3).

Hask: Congratulations on your most recent acquisition, Commander. Your team has showcased outstanding performance these past few months.

O1-Cap: Thank you, sir, but if it’s all the same to you, I’d like for these last two interviews to be done and over with for today. I’ve been here 17 hours monitoring these things with you guys and I really need to get some sleep. O1-1 and O1-2 have already retired to their quarters in Sector One.

Gales: How about we kill two birds with one stone? I’ll conduct the second interview myself and see if I can squeeze something out of our “Stitchwraith” friend in the room across from us. I’m interested to see if I can get it to tell us how exactly it’s able to skin and disguise itself as its victims at will. Taft can conduct the first interview with 5*XX here.

Hask: [rubbing his chin] We could do that. I suppose it is getting quite late.

O1-Cap: It’s settled, then. Ros, you’re in charge of escorting Gales and monitoring the interview, got it?

O1-3 nods and follows Gales out of the room.

Taft: [chuckling nervously] Time to wrap things up, I guess. Should be a walk in the park.

O1-Cap: Taft, you’ve been one of the only people in this entire Site to get a word out of these damn freaks, even if they do fail to answer most of your questions. Remember, they usually don’t start moving until you start speaking, so be careful.

Taft exits the observation room and enters the interrogation room, sitting down at the table in the center of the room. SCP-5*XX is sitting in front of him, motionless. Its feet are restrained to the ground.

Taft: For the record, this is Foundation Jr. Researcher Edmund Taft, Level 2 security clearance, commencing an interview with SCP-5*XX. Supervising agents are Sr. Researcher Roger Hask and Commander Travis Silverburgh of MTF Omicron-1. Awaiting confirmation to begin.

Hask: Proceed.

The lights flicker. SCP-5*XX sits up.

O1-Cap: Here we go…

SCP-5*XX: I recognize you...but I’m not afraid of you. Not anymore.

Taft: [taken aback] I...you...recognize me? What do you mean you’re “not afraid of me?”

SCP-5*XX’s eyes roll back and its body ceases motion. Taft scratches the side of his head and waves his hand in front of SCP-5*XX’s faceplate. The entity whispers something inaudible before resuming motion.

SCP-5*XX: The others are like animals...but I am very aware.

Taft: The others? Are you referring to the other entities we have recovered and contained within this wing over the past few months? Are you affiliated with them in any way?

SCP-5*XX sits up and slightly nods its head. It ceases motion once again. Taft slams his fist onto the table. The entity resumes motion.

SCP-5*XX: The others are under my protection.

Taft raises his right palm to his forehead. Suddenly, SCP-5*XX breaks free of its foot restraints, stands up and slowly begins to move towards the side of the table.

Taft: [anguished] Hey, HEY! Sit back down!

SCP-5*XX: I don’t hate you, but you need to stay out of my way.

Two security guards enter the room and grab SCP-5*XX, forcing it back into its chair. They reattach the entity’s foot restraints and retreat to the wall behind Taft and remain there with their rifles drawn at SCP-5*XX.

Taft: [calming himself] Now...where were we..?

SCP-5*XX slumps over forward. One of the guards takes a step forward but is stopped by Taft.

Taft: Stand back, I’ve got this. I want to finish this interview up.

Taft slams his fist onto the table and waves his hand in front of SCP-5*XX’s faceplate once again. There is no response. Taft begins to extend his right arm out toward the entity’s faceplate.

Hask: Be careful, Taft…

Taft touches the left side of SCP-5*XX’s faceplate. The entity is unresponsive.

Taft: Damn it. What the hell did you guys do-

SCP-5*XX suddenly jerks up and bites down Taft’s arm, completely severing it. Taft screams and falls to the ground. Simultaneously, Gales is heard screaming in the interrogation room across from them. The security guards open fire on SCP-5*XX. The bullets ricochet off as SCP-5*XX charges at them, slamming them both against the wall and knocking them to the ground. SCP-5*XX faces the one-way mirror.

O1-Cap: We have to go. Now. It’s clear that bullets won’t work on this thing.

Hask: B-but I have to raise the alarm!

O1-Cap: There’s no time! We’re dead if we stay here any longer. Let’s move!

Hask and O1-Cap move toward the observation room’s exit door. O1-Cap attempts to contact O1-3 through his walkie-talkie, but only static is heard. SCP-5*XX eyes follow the pair’s movement.

Hask: [pointing to a lever in the corner of the room] Wait! That lever is wired to open all the doors of every containment chamber in this wing! We can’t let it touch it!

O1-Cap: What?! Who’s the idiot who designed that? Why didn’t you tell me about this before? God damn it, Hask!

SCP-5*XX charges at the mirror, crashing through the wall with ease and stumbles into the observation room. O1-Cap grabs Hask’s arm and they flee the room together. SCP-5*XX moves toward the release lever and pulls it down. Alarm klaxons begin to go off as SCP-5*XX exits the observation room and moves down the hallway, opposite the direction that Hask and O1-Cap fled in. The hallway’s security camera footage begins to flicker as SCP-5*XX takes one last look behind it. Six doors are seen opening before the footage cuts out entirely.

[end log]

Additional notes: Based on the security footage, Edmund Taft is presumed to be dead, along with two members of Wing B’s security team. O1-Cap and O1-3 are currently MIA. The whereabouts of Roger Hask are currently unknown.
