Dawn was neat. I enjoyed the losing streak arc they were able to do with her contests given how long Sinnoh was in the anime as opposed to Hoenn and Kanto Part 2.

My favorite country song, Moonshine in the Trunk by Brad Paisley is technically about going out on a date where all they do is drive around. Even tho it's more about the driving, which is why I like it, than the girl, I'll take the loophole and say that, because any girl who would be willing to just drive around for fun would probably be a girl I'd be interested in dating.

I would say the ship of Theseus, but I dunno it kinda turned into something else entirely after a certain point. The ship I fell in love with is gone. The Titanic is just cooler now.
I'm also a big fan of SoRiKai, the polyamorous triad ship of the three big Kingdom Hearts protagonists. The smooch energy between all three is palpable.
(I legitimately have no idea whether you meant ship as in boat or ship as in pairing of two or more characters so I just kinda answered for both)
