I mean Pokenchi won't have anything. What you linked was just a preview for the next episode where they will have the SwSh starters present. It also airs in the morning and the announcement won't be until later in the day when Sun and Moon airs.

Impossible to know for certain but we got trailers in the first week(ish) of both July and August so it’s a definite possibility.
"A Pokemon game will use Pokemon-related icons to represent something" is not exactly the sort of thing you have to be an insider to guess. Also, the image in the video was doctored-the post was actually on Friday the 16th, after the announcement.
Especially when this has been the case in so many instances. We've had Pokeball ranks in Pokemon Stadium, both Hoenn and Sinnoh's Contests, and again more recently in Pokemon GO.
I don't think that it will be much, considering what happened with Japan Expo, Worlds, and Gamescom.

However, Pokemon info in regular Directs tends to be very minimal, especially for new gen games.
