As of 10th or 11th November, the Pokemon Company announced the first of six Prism Star cards from the SM5 Ultra Prism expansion. The card's rarity is PR, which seems to mean Prism Rare or Prism Star Rare.
The card is Solgaleo Prism Star and there is a special rule for Prism Star cards.
The rule is you may only have one of the same name of a Prism Star card. If this Pokemon is Knocked Out, put it in the Lost Zone.
We are all familiar with Pokemon Star cards such as Jolteon Star where you could have only one of a Star Pokemon in your deck, but there can be one of each type of Prism Star cards in a deck. Also, the Lost Zone we are also familiar with came back! You may not get cards back from the Lost Zone!

The Solgaleo Prism Star is a metal type, has 160HP and is a BASIC Pokemon.
The first attack says for one metal energy, attach a metal energy from your Discard Pile onto 1 of your Beched Pokemon.
The second attack, for four metal energy is do 160 damage, this Pokemon can't attack next turn.

It seems it wasn't as good as I had expected it to be but meh.

For more info, search ptcgradio on youtube.
Ultra Prism is going to be released on the 2nd of February, 2018

Cyrus Prism Star has been announced! It is the third Prism Star card in Ultra Prism!
    Anyway, the skill is
You may only play Cyrus if your Active Pokemon is a water or metal type.
Your opponent chooses two benched Pokemon. Discard the rest of your opponent's Benched Pokemon.

What do you guys think about this new card? I personally think Sylveon GX's Plea GX is better.
