Question about genned mons

Hello everyone,

I think I just received a couple of genned egg mons via a popular trader on youtube. Do you know if those eggs are safe to use? Can I hatch them and put them in home without being ban on home? I don't do any online battles , I just want to use them in games for fun and store them on home. Will I have any problem for that?

I'd say if they have moves/abilities that they should not have, then they are hacked.

If hacked Pokémon are put into HOME, they're flagged and become untradable. They also risk turning into a Bad Egg, permanently taking up one of your 30 (free) or 6,000 (premium) slots.

But the subject was never about hacked, it was about genned. That is not the same thing

Please post their stats and information, we can't read your mind. You havent even said which species they are.

Genned mons are basically the same as hacked mons, so yes, they can be flagged when transferred to home. It's safe to just not use them.
