2. Is there a moment when Ash was selfless in helping his friends in reaching their dreams (brock or misty)?
3. Is there a moment of companionship between Team Rocket? Where they love being a team?

I think the movie "The Power of Us" is one of the best examples of teamwork in the anime, but if you want an episode from the early seasons, "Pokémon Shipwreck" comes to mind. They work together with Team Rocket in that one, though.

I can't think examples of Ash, Brock and Misty showing teamwork against Team Rocket besides simply instructing their Pokémon to attack at the same time.

Brock and Misty's goals were pretty sidelined in the early seasons so nothing comes to mind off the top of my head, sorry. Ash usually shows selflessness when it comes to helping Pokémon in need instead.

Is there a moment of companionship between Team Rocket? Where they love being a team?

Yeah, it's pretty frequent. Their "break-up" episodes have them try to go on their own before realizing they'd rather be with each other. Some of those are AG176, DP117 and XY063. In DP055, James is depressed and Jessie and Meowth spend the episode trying to cheer him up.
