Where would be the best place, to request for a non-pokemon related fanfic to be written, on this forum?

I don't know of any people that take requests. Anyway, there are a few non-pokmon stories on this forum, you just have to look for'em.

Also, request how? Like, you have a fanfic and need help/tips for writing it? Or is it that you want a local writer to write you a fanfic about something?

I want a local writer to write an anime related fanfic, for me, for free.

We all do work here for free and voluntarily, so no problem on that regard.

However, we don't have a specific process to follow to request a fanfic writer to work for a particular person, so I'd suggest you to open another thread here in the Writer's Block with the fanfic idea you want developed. Then, you wait until someone who is willing to help replies.
