If a username has a strike through like this: PkmnGreen Does this meant the user has been banned?

And if you get enough infractions can that lead to a banning?

Okay so I just underlined my name ¬¬

PkmnGreen would mean that the user was banned. (Use tags to get strikethrough).

Points gained from infractions can lead to bannings.

will create slashes.

And yes, when a username has a slash through it (PkmnGreen), it means that the user is banned. Banning generally happens due to accumulation of infraction points, as per the rules.
